Hidden Effect of Exercise

Hidden effect of exercise is that it makes you regular. I guess all that movement helps your intestine to work more efficient. Perhaps one of the reason of weight loss, empty bowels.

Stressed out?

What happens if there is too much stress for you to handle?

You start to break out and your face goes out of control (pimple, oily, rough)

You begin to experience nightmares

You get nervous all the time.
You gain weight fast!

Ouch! Stress sucks, so you better handle it well. If you excuse me, I need to lather on some Oxy, while reading books that get me closer to my belief, and then go jump around on my Dance Dance mat before drinking only plain water for dinner

Cookie Dough

Chocolate Cookie dough, is da bomb! This paste made of butter, brown sugar, sugar, egg, vanilla, salt, baking soda, nuts and chocolate chips, is amazing. The dough taste so awesome, its even good eaten raw, but I am not sure if the eggs we have here are pasteurized or not. Cookie Dough is so great, you can mix it with Vanilla ice cream and get Cookie Dough Ice Cream. HEAVEN I tell you.

I miss having cats, but at the same time, I hate having them. I love them because they are furry, fuzzy, amusing animals. I hate them because they don't respond to me as well as other cats do with their owner. When I was little, we used to have a cat named Paka, that was named after the town we lived in Terengganu, 22 years ago. I was told he died because he choked a fishbone. 10 years ago, we had Siamese mixed cat named Brown, given to me by my Uncle. Brown, was a rather "active" cat, and had lots of babies. We had to literally threw the kittens away but some did make it to be adopted. One of the kitten drowned in a water container that we kept during El Nino during the water shortage. I still remember hearing the kitten meowing for help, in the wee hours in the morning. I ignored it thinking its just making noise. Brown went missing afterward but she left me with Mico. Mico was a cat with bushy tail, white patch for his chest and white "socks" that cover its paw. We moved to our current place in Kajang from KL and brought Mico along. I had to go to Perlis to further my studies, and rarely see Mico. Mico did not like in Kajang and often went out and came back only days later. One day went I came home, he got into a fight and had a huge wound on its back. I had to be mean to treat it with medication by locking him up and bathing him. Mico did not like it and soon he disappeared too. I just hope someone stole him too. I miss cats, but they just love to defecate inside the house and drive my mother crazy. I still want a cat, so I think I am going to start to feed these stray cats that come in and out of my house, at least its a way to actually have a cat around without having to take care of it.

From the Grave?

Really.. I mean really.. I am getting sick my self from these emo post..

but wait, I will be blogging about trips to Terengganu, Tide ToGo and among other many weird and funny things..

One thing I found amusing during my trips to Terengganu that people were concerned with what I was thinking. Sometimes, I phase out and start thinking about something else, and people think I am being distance, and ask me what was I thinking. Sometimes its not even related with is going on now, but with something that triggered my memories.

Vacation was great, but at the same time, I have tons of work to do. I kinda like having an iron clad grip on life at work, I just feel more secure with myself rather than just letting myself go.. Well, what employers wants an employee that needs constant attention. Everyone wants a person that can be independent. Well, god danggit, I am trying to be the best I can. Hopefully it starts with a good night sleep with out any dreams that causes me to wake up in cold sweat..

What Do You Think?

What do you think happened here

  • Came whoring as usual
  • I lost one of my contact lenses
  • I was trying on Freshlook ColorBlends Honey.
  • I was feeling Twilight vampirish by getting the similar shade of their eyes.
  • I decided to get attention by just wearing one colored lens and one clear lens
Nope, I actually was putting on the Freshlook Colorblends Honey, when my older sister was running like the white rabbit in Alice in Wonderland, exclaiming that she is late and wanted me to move my car. With one clear, colored iris and another blurred black iris I had to move the car before she totally looses it.

Have you serviced your car? A basic service is an oil change. The duration of the change depends on your car manual and your warranty regulation. This means its between 5000km to 20000km. Just remember don't believe the salesperson advice to add additives to the oil. The oil has its own additives. If you have money to burn, you can burn it buy buying the additives. The brand does not really matter really as long as they are recognized by API, American Petroleum Institute. Last but not least, READ the manual so that you dont get conned by the salesperson :D.

Lol..sometimes I just don't feel like and adult. I still feel like a teenager, but alas my IC number defies me. I still study as usual, I have lecturers I have to face to, I got homework, it still feels like normal school to me. I got reality check via the amount of wedding invitations, and birth of baby's from friends in secondary school. Sorry guys, its next to impossible for me to go to weddings at this stage in life, unless, someone is willing to drag me along. If you actually want me to drive cross country to the wedding, that is just something not possible right now. Hey, I must be fair to all, might as well skip all weddings together, for now. I just feel weird being one of the few that still studies. Even my best friend who did master's with me, has a job at the faculty he is studying. Yes, my eyes were green with envy, or honey, or amethyst, or brown, depending how i feel with colored contacts, which apparently is mother approved. I keep telling my self, my time will come, and if I actually finish up faster, the faster I will the work force, however, I do intend to further this insanity again called PhD. Why not eh.. might as well go all the way...and be the student. They say, to gain knowledge is a life long lesson, but in my context, its student forever, in a school forever. Go figure eh, half of my life is spent in a learning institution. Not bad for a mediocre student.

Is it near? Well the first draft (actually its a second draft, but Dr Ngah said, this is the first draft since its the most complete one). I need to do some repairs and I should send it in by Friday, my sequencing mysteries are solved, by the very very incredibly efficient Dr Shariza. She is so efficient, its crazy how efficient she is in solving my problem. Gosh.. she should get a Prof title later in her years. This is good, its hard when you become demotivated during research or work. It sucks really, to loose it, which kinda makes me wonder, if I want to further my PhD overseas. I don't think I will have the support I have here in Malaysia. Online friends are nice, but they are still online in a virtual space. Its still better to talk and mingle with them in real life. That human and personal factor which is very important. Well, let me finish this first and actually try to write something to the professors in USA, before making any harsh decisions.

2010 has been terrible due to the mistake of 2009 and 2009. The hardest part that it hits is my waist and financial freedom. In 2009, whenever I feel incredibly stressed, I would just bake or whip something up. Sure it sounds like a recipe for adding excess pound, but actually, it does not. It does take a lot of work to whip out a creation that not many have taste. Most of it revolves around my childhood in the US. Too bad most of the food there is non halal, so not much I could taste. I eat what Malay normally eats, rice and "lauk".

However my interest in the American food I have never been able to eat, has risen over the past few months. Its a treat for both myself, family and friends. I can't believe I forgotten they joy of baking and seeing people reaction to it.
These are a type of bread that American call as biscuits, while the British calls them scones. Its a type of bread. American eats it with dinner or lunch with gravvy, while British enjoys them with tea and jam.

Put it a hot dog in it, and you get pigs in blanket. A simple hors d'ourves or a snack for parties. The recipe I used requires no kneading because I hate anything that requires more that 3 steps (mix, drop and bake). I am going to tweak this a bit and see how it goes with using oil only or at least less milk..
