I am technically into my 4th year of my working life as a Science Communicator. So far the journey has been fun. It does not feel like work to me for the first 3 years. It feels like a big show and tell journey. Even explaining what I do to people is difficult. Especially the skeptics. Well those people can swallow some garbage enzyme for all I care.

Now, my work has change. It feels, very adult, very what people do for work. Lots of meeting, lots of planning, lots of going out to meet people, lots of negotiating, international work, working during my off day, calling people during odd hours and texting people.

I was like, whoa, this is work. Well, I am getting an apartment, so far I am paying half of the mortgage now. I feel like once I have paid full mortgage each month, my life style will definitely change a bit. Even now, I am just paying off some of the debt I accumulate last year. If I get rid of that, than those payment will go to the apartment.

Which really means I have to find another way to obtain money.

Maybe blogging...

Who am I kidding, I lost most of my few silent readers after years of no update, and these random posting is not really helping. People look forward for regular updates just like what I talked before. Ah well, I mean, might as well try you know.

Who knows what will happen

A Cold like no other

I always wonder how people have their Cold or Flu.

Do they produce endless amount of phlegm and mucus?

Do they feel like drowning in their body fluid?

Does their nose get really red and dry from wiping their nose so much?

Do they constantly worry about snots or mucus dripping from their nose?

Do they worry about not having enough tissues?

Do they just give up and let their nose drip with mucus and phlegm?

Were they hospitlized once due to the amount of mucus in their lungs that doctor diagnosed it as asthma?

So tired if this. I am sleeping at 10 every day from now on.

New Year, New Content... No I lied, I just remembered I had a blog

So yeah, apparently this blog still exist. Anyhow, I did so many guilty as hell post about not updating, and it will stop after this sentence although with careful typing with intriguingly placed word one can stretch a sentence as long as hell, if only they managed to sound like an idiot. Done. I had a good chat with a friend at work. I was asking about tips for social media. I got a message from Celcom saying I have used almost all of my 6GB data. I was like whaat? This iPhone is sucking up all of my data. Well not intentionally at least. The apps on the iPhone work so well and that the phone is new and fast which causes me to open up all of my social media apps. I do have a game in there or two, but mostly is just me laughing at other people post and reading articles in buzzfeed.
See just like last month I had to top up my monthly data.

As yes, back to my friend regarding social media, which happens to suck up all my data. It turns out that in order to have a good social media, there is basically 3 steps.

  1. Constant updates
  2. Quality updates
  3. Things that bring people back

This is something that I see whenever I go on my social media.I remember when I kept watching Natalie Tran and Ryan Higa that continuously uploading thing into the YouTube channel and how they were really famous. Somehow they slowed down in the updates and things just got really boring. I mean mostly likely, like the rest of us, they had something else to do in life.

Hmm, but I want to be on social media, but then problems occur within me.

You know how people shamelessly promote themselves, Like OMG what the hell. However I remember rich people love to promote themselves as a brand to be recognize. Can you imagine that I watched Kelly Cutrone in ANTM keep saying that and I am like yeah, so true, and yet here I am keep playing video game and sucking my account dry.

God Dammit.

Well, maybe there is hope is this year? A new position in the company. Which means I am no longer required to be in the museum. It was ultra strange when the office suddenly got quiet. I was like, what happened, where did everybody go. However it's a good challenge and a good change.

My childhood dream came true in a weird ass way. I am making cars now and I am crashing them. How crazy is that.

There is definitely more to that, and I want to submerged myself in it. Besides, I just started paying for a new home. For real bruh! I can't believe I decided to buy a house. As if I got a choice, I am in my early 30s, I should have bought a house like in my mid 20s but then I started work rather late. I guess it's not so bad, after 3 years working and a bit of help from my parents, I managed to purchase a home. I guess I had it easy, but then I don't technically have a car, I used my parents old car, whose gearbox is not working anymore. I also took the public transportation to work and I mostly bring a packed lunch. I deserved that fucking house.

Now my work requires me to travel and it comes with travelling allowance. You betcha I am going to try to save it all my still cooking all my meals. At least the laptop that I am still paying now is making sense. It's powerful enough to play most of my games so I won't be bored.

Constant update, quality update, that thing that made people like. I guess I better whore myself on the media and curate myself into an image that I want people to see.
